Directions to our clinic
From West I-80: Exit 99 to Tooele, turn right on 2000 North, Turn right into Mountain West Medical Center and turn left immediately and park in parking lot to your right. (Additional parking can be found to the back of the building) Entering building you will find us in suite 110.
From Tooele, Stockton, Dugway: From Hwy 36: Go north over the viaduct. Turn left on 2000 North, Turn right into Mountain West Medical Center and turn left immediately and park in parking lot to your right. (Additional parking can be found to the back of the building) Entering building you will find us in suite 110.
From Grantsville: From Hwy 112: Go East to Tooele. At Hwy 36 turn left heading north. Go north over the viaduct. Turn left on 2000 North, Turn right into Mountain West Medical Center and turn left immediately and park in parking lot to your right. (Additional parking can be found to the back of the building) Entering building you will find us in suite 110.
